The dance group Diversity are on a UK tour titled ‘Supernova’ and are supporting Trussell Trust foodbanks across the UK. In their York date, at the Grand Opera House, the foodbank team were on hand on Thursday and Friday 7/8 March to collect money and food donations kindly donated by the audience. As an added bonus, the dance group met the teams on both nights (see pic).
Overall we collected just over £215 and nearly 27kg of food donations. A big thank you to everyone who donated!
And thanks to the York Foodbank team of Tom, Michele and Claire (pictured) with Jenny on the Thursday, then Maxine, Peter, Jennifer and Rosalind who attended and collected 
on the second night.
