We are pleased to announce that The Belfrey (The Belfrey (St Michael le Belfrey)) are going to take up hosting the York Foodbank Saturday morning, opening to welcome York Foodbank clients from this week (3/2/24).
At this point we would like to express our gratitude to York City Church and their faithful team of volunteers who have been there for people almost every Saturday morning since 2013, as well as to some of the team who are continuing to volunteer with us at The Belfrey.
For anyone either referring to Saturday morning, or if you have been referred or are looking to come in for help, our opening times are unchanged (10:00-12:00). The entrance to the Foodbank opening will be at the side of the building between the de Grey Rooms and the City Walls which will be signed when we are open.
